Bradford M. Freeman

Mr. Freeman has been a Director of Sage since its inception. He is a founder and general partner of Freeman Spogli & Co., a private equity investment firm with approximately $2.4 billion under management. The aggregate value of the companies acquired by Freeman Spogli since its founding is more than $14 billion. Prior to founding Freeman Spogli, Mr. Freeman was Managing Director of Dean Witter Reynolds’ Los Angeles Corporate Finance Department and a member of the Dean Witter Reynolds Board of Directors. He currently serves on numerous boards of directors.
