Brien Rowe

Mr. Rowe is a co-founder and Managing Director at Sage, as well as co-head of the firm’s lifestyle brands practice. Mr. Rowe’s deep client experience encompasses a range of sectors, including numerous transactions in action and board sports, outdoor, contemporary fashion, apparel and accessories, personal care, restaurants, winter resorts and hotels and gaming. Client engagements include domestic and international merger and acquisition advisory, placement of public and private equity and debt, convertible securities placement, corporate restructuring and the rendering of fairness opinions. Prior to the formation of Sage, he was a Managing Director of ING Barings as well as an investment banker with both Schroder & Co.’s Corporate Finance Group and GE Capital’s Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Rowe received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, his M.B.A. degree from University of Southern California, and his certificate in Financial Planning from UCLA.
