Dan Gardenswartz

Managing Director

Mr. Gardenswartz is a co-founder and Managing Director of Sage. He presently leads the firm's Personal Care Group and is also responsible for clients in the technology, media and healthcare sectors. His transactional experience includes a wide variety of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity placements, restructurings, fairness opinions and principal investments. Prior to the formation of Sage, he was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group of ING Barings, and prior to that position, Mr. Gardenswartz worked in the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Citigroup in New York. Mr. Gardenswartz received a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
