Ms. Lalani Gandhi, a Vice President, joined Sage in 2004. She focuses on the firm's consumer branded transactions. Presently, Ms. Lalani Gandhi is involved in the execution of the firm's mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments and capital raising transactions. Ms. Lalani Gandhi has been instrumental in building Sage’s contemporary apparel practice, having worked on numerous transactions in this space. Ms. Lalani Gandhi earned a B.S. degree in Economics, with a concentration in Finance, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
