Marvin Padilla

Managing Director

Mr. Padilla, a Managing Director at Sage, joined the firm in 2005. At Sage, Mr. Padilla has executed advisory assignments for clients in a variety of branded consumer market segments, with a particular focus on the personal care, automotive aftermarket and packaging industries. Prior to joining Sage, he worked in the Los Angeles office of UBS Investment Bank, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions for companies in diverse industries. Mr. Padilla started his investment banking career in New York, where he worked for Salomon Smith Barney and, subsequently, Thomas Weisel Partners. He is a former United States Marine and served as an infantry sergeant in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Padilla earned a B.A. degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
