Phillip E. Himelstein

Mr. Himelstein is a founder of Sage and has been a Director since its inception. He is the co-managing partner of Hilan Capital, a Midwest-based venture capital firm, and is a principal in more than thirty investment partnerships focused in the real estate, healthcare, medical device and insurance service industries. He is currently chairman of the IHTC, a 501(c3) public charity and the largest federally recognized comprehensive treatment center in the U.S., serving patients with bleeding and clotting disorders. After receiving his L.L.B. degree from Harvard Law School in 1975, Mr. Himelstein practiced law with the firm of Cox Castle and Nicholson until 1992.
